Recently I cancelled my home internet connection because of moving. At later stage my circumstances changed and I called Odido customer service to cancel my previous request so that I can continue to use internet at home. To my surprise, even after calling to customer service and their positive feedback on my request, internet connection at home disconnected. Now I'm trying to contact customer service everyday, but noone pick up the call to answer.

Is it a DSL or glasfiber connection?


Its a glasfiber connection.

Once you connection has been cancelled you will have to order a new one. Has your Odido subscription also stopped according to your Odido account?

Yes, klik and klaar can be cancelled per month, no long contract period. It does not have bundle limitations, there is only a FUP of 2Terra Byte. (Which is hudge!)

But this product use the new 5G network and can not work at all households in the Netherlands. Check the postalcode checker on their website what you can expect on your adress.
