Hi, I subscribed to odido's internet service (dsl network) last month but so far I have not been able to connect to the internet.

 

When I called, the technician told me that this is because the previous internet at my address was KPN and that I need to make an appointment with them to reopen this internet line.

 

I received an email saying they would contact me within five business days, and the odido staff assured me I would receive an email the same day I called, through which I could make an appointment.

 

These things started happening on the 15th and now it's the 24th and I still haven't received an appointment email from KPN.

 

So I'm wondering what this is because of? How long do I have to wait to have internet? I would be very grateful if someone could answer me.

My odido account status is normal and I was told that the network was activated from May 13th.

I can also see that KPN tried to contact you multiple times, but that now the link to make an appointment has been inactive due to no reaction. Hello!  I just called the number but it said the number is not in service. Is there any other number or email address that I can make the appointment?

I called the number you give me several times today but it doesn't work. Could you please check it for me or ask kpn to send me an email instead of calling cause they said I never answer but actually I never get those calls and I don't know why. Thank you so much!
