Hi, I subscribed to odido's internet service (dsl network) last month but so far I have not been able to connect to the internet.
When I called, the technician told me that this is because the previous internet at my address was KPN and that I need to make an appointment with them to reopen this internet line.
I received an email saying they would contact me within five business days, and the odido staff assured me I would receive an email the same day I called, through which I could make an appointment.
These things started happening on the 15th and now it's the 24th and I still haven't received an appointment email from KPN.
So I'm wondering what this is because of? How long do I have to wait to have internet? I would be very grateful if someone could answer me.
