I've arrived in the United States and have purchased a 30€ bundle to have service and am still without service. Customer line is busy and can't reach anyone. I'm assuming after reading other threads here there is a bar on my roaming that must be removed? Please help as I'm only here for a week and have no communication without wifi at the moment.

I’m assuming your contract is on the name of someone else (maybe 1 of your parents). Please fill in the correct information, then I can look into your account.

To help you quicker, I did look at your barrings, but there are none. Please try the following to connect to a network in the US:

  • Restart your phone
  • Reset your network settings on your phone
  • Turn on roaming
  • Manually connect to 1 of these networks (try them both): AT&T or T-Mobile. If you need help with this, please check our Device Help.
