I have subscriptions with Odido - mobile and Internet & TV. I can view details of my mobile contract on odido app and on website (mijnodido). I am not able to find any information to be displayed for my internet contract? I even managed to link the subscriptions, but I am not able to find the contract information, which means i cannot modify, upgrade or terminate the contract at the moment.
How can I get to view the contract details? I need to have that visibly added to my profile overview environment.
Also - getting help from odido on this topic is super difficult. the chatbot is useless, the FAQ forums are useless. I had to make this community account just to be able to reach out to someone, apart from having to go to a store
