Hello, I don't remember any of my contract, contract number, e-mail address, and the e-mail address I made the contract with. I chose a package that was normally 23€ but it came to 51€ and it was not withdrawn because I didn't have any money in my account. Could you please help me very quickly? Best regards.

I'm happy to help you with this. I sent you the email address used for the subscription via private message first. I also checked and found that you took out a subscription with the first 8 months of internet at a discounted rate of €30/month. With the customer benefit, this comes down to €25/month for the first 8 months. The bill is higher than normal because two months were deducted on one bill. You can link your subscription and view the invoice in Mijn Odido! If you have any further questions, please let us know.


Since I don't know which account I used to make the payment, they didn't take the payment from me. Is there a channel I can pay through? 


Hey ​@Fatih89, the account number ends with the last four digits that you entered in your profile. Usually, a second collection attempt is made after the first fails. If this does not happen, we can send you an iDeal payment link so you can pay manually.
