Goede dag, apologies for writing in English.

I recently had to move out of the Netherlands to a non-EU country, meaning I won’t be able to use my Odido number without roaming. That being said, I would still like to keep my Dutch number, and I believe switching to prepaid can help with that.
I understand that there is already a similar post to this one (

), but unlike this person, I would be very thankful to keep the same number I’ve had all these years. Plus, I don’t have a problem with receiving the SIM card, since I have a digital SIM.

Is my suggestion possible?
Sorry for the trouble and thank you in advance.

Hello @Elpis

For cancelling your subscription and switching it to prepaid you will have to call the customer support on telephone 0031624001200, this cannot be done online

Oh, my apologies! I was under the impression that I might be able to do the same thing the person in the linked post did, which is to send my private information to a worker at Odido. Has the method changed since then?

Hello @Elpis, welcome to our community! Yes indeed, the methods have been changed since then. Cancellations and also transfers to Prepaid, can only be done by telephone like @Waqas indicated.

If calling is not possible, you can also submit the request via our online contact form. The processing time will be slightly longer, but a colleague will get back to you as soon as possible. Calling is always faster!

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. The community is here for you!

Thank you both, I’ll do as you said!
