Duo to bad service and support, I want to switch to another operator (both sim card and klick&Klar) my contract (sim only) will be finished on 7 August. Is that enough if I have a new contract with starting date of 8 August with another mobile operator? Or should I send any request for the cancellation?

For cancellation you need to call 0800-0092. 

Klik & klaar is a unique product which only is sold by Odido.

You can switch to another provider from 4 months before the end date of your sim only so a start date of 8 August is fine, your sim only with Odido will be cancelled automatically.
