Did you cancel your subscription before ordering a new subscription elsewhere? Please add your full name, zip code, house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN to your profile. Could you also give me more information?

You say that you cancelled the subscription and that your sim now stopped working. That sounds like a normal behaviour when you do not want the subscription anymore?

This is a customer helps customer forum with general information. I am also an Odido customer.
Direct customer care is only avaliable by phone. They can be called from abroad on +31-624001200. On saterday they are open from 09:00 till 17:30. Alternatieve is that you wait for an Odido moderator. It can take up till 48 hours before they look into this topic. Make sure you have filled in all your customer information in your forum profile, including the last 4 digits of the bankaccount you paid the invoices with. This profile can only be seen by Odido moderators.

- The costs to reconnect you are € 25,43. You will find these costs on your next invoice.
- If you want to cancel in the future, you will have again a 1 month notice period
Do you agree to these terms? If yes, I can reconnect you right away. Please also note that you are not in the Netherlands while reconnecting you. Normally you must be connected to our Odido network in the Netherlands for a (re)connection to go smoothly. I expect everything to work, but I can't guarantee it. Please let me know to reconnect you and I will do this immediately!
