Good evening, I recently found out that my business number is inactive. Today I purchased a prepaid line from Odido to be able to change my business subscription number to prepaid, but when I requested the number transfer online, I noticed that the line I want to recover must be active. Now, what can I do in this case since I urgently need to recover the number?

Why is your business subscription inactive? Or was it already a prepaid version for your business and on what provider was the number active?

I thought I had everything in order when I left the country to sort out a family health issue. When I returned, I realized I had no signal. When I contacted you regarding some outstanding payments, the debt was referred to a collection agency. I immediately canceled the debt. However, due to the time that had elapsed, my number became inactive. However, due to the personal urgency I experienced, I acquired a prepaid line. My business subscription is by default, as is the prepaid line I applied for today. However, I was informed that to request my old number back, I had to do it online. However, when I did, the previous number must be active. Now, I don't know what exactly I should do.

My business subscription is from ODIDO, which is the one whose number is inactive, and the prepaid line is also from ODIDO, which is the temporary line that I must have in order to change the number.

Yes, with business to consumer prepaid,  a verification sms need to be used to validate the owner of the mobile number. You can imagine this is always needed while if not used, a anonomous owner of a prepaid card from a random store can highjack a business number.

I think this is not to overcome with a prepaid solution.  You could see if the b2b departement can sell you a new b2b subscription.  You need to identify yourself for that and maybe than they can use number portability when the deactivated number was on the same company?
