Hello, recently been trying to cancel my subscription as I moved abroad a while ago.I would massively appreciate any help regarding the matter. However I have lost access to the SIM and therefore the number. I am willing to provide any formation necessary to ensure that I can get this done. Thanks in advance.

I immediately checked your subscription and I see that you are already out of contract. Your subscription can be cancelled after one month's notice at the earliest. However, I can no longer cancel the subscription for you, because the rules have changed and from now on it can only be cancelled by phone. You can call this number: 0800-0092. This can be done from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 to 17:30. They will be happy to help you cancel your subscription!
