Hi! I recently left my employer and therefore my sim was transferred to a prepaid automatically and I input some credit. I can’t seem to find how to track it in the Odido app. Could someone help confirm this for me? 

Hi Shradha, nice to see that you're staying with us after transferring from business to Prepaid! Your previous subscription is still connected to your Mijn Odido account. This old account has to be deleted before you can create a new one and link your Prepaid to it. Please fill in your zip code and house number in your profile, and let me know once you've done this. Then, I'm happy to look into your account to remove it! 😊


Hello Marciano! Thanks for your response. I updated the postcode and house number. Let me know when the other account is deleted and I can add my prepaid on the app 😃


Hello ​@Shradha, thanks for filling out your profile information! However, I see that the zip code + house number does not match what is listed in our system under your number. We really do need the correct information from you. Once everything matches, we can help you further with this.

Can you mention the correct data in your profile and give a signal when you have done this? Then we can take a look right away! 

 


Hi! Thanks for the quick response. I gave my partners parents house address as I’m currently travelling (in case you physically send any letter). I have updated it which should match. Can you confirm?

I really do need the correct details from you that are known to us under your Prepaid number. If you can mention those in your profile and leave a comment in this topic, we can sort them out for you after that!


Ah that’s strange as I did fill my correct residential address. However it could be that it is my company postcode as I first had this number from my company and then now as individual. Is the post code 1066? If you could help me that would be great as I’m a bit confused now! Thanks in advance :) 


Hello ​@Shradha that's not the right zip code either, sorry! The zip code is also not what was known in our system from your company under your number at the time. Is there any way that you can find this out? Only when the correct data match, we can help you with this!

Hi ​@Shradha no, nnfortunately not. There is no point in guessing what address information is known to us. We always assume that customers know this for themselves, as it is also your own responsibility. I would first try to find out what data is known to us. Once you know those and can share the correct data with me, I can check with you!

I have been able to access my old account subscription and now filled in the post code and number based on the factuur address. I am also happy to share the factuur with you as verification as this is really the only address that could be. PwC Amsterdam 1066 JR. Please let me know! 


Hi ​@Shradha almost haha! No, I can see that this is the data this was already mentioned in your profile, but it is not the data known under your number in our system.

Small hint: I see that it is your old data from your business subscription and it has been carried over to your Prepaid. Can you provide the address details of the business company in your profile? If these match, I'll check with you!


Sorry Pharwin, im very confused now. If it is indeed the business address then the postcode matches? Here I have directly copied from the factuur from

April. Also attached the factuur - can you tell me what I am doing wrong? 😢

Hello ​@Shradha First of all, please do not post private information publicly, it is not convenient to have it public. I'm also confused now! I see that it does involve the same company, only the company details are different in our system. Hence I also mentioned that they do not match. I see that the company's address information has been copied to your Prepaid. Could it have been updated recently? Can you find out, possibly from the company?
