Hello,

I subscribed to odido sim only package on 28th April. However, I have changed my mind and no longer want it anymore. What is the process of cancelling? Is there a cooling off period?

You have 14 days to cancel your subscription but for that you will need to call the customer support on telephone number 0800 0092.
